Sharing the process of pierce sawing from @mcoledesignz - “Here’s a quick recap of what I did on & off camera after drawing & printing 2 slightly different design templates. I chose the 9 wave design over the 8.

• Cut designs to fit inside bezels (not shown)
• Adhered with rubber cement
• Tamped down with eraser pen
• Set drill hole with center punch (not shown)
• Drilled start hole for piercing
• Pierced with @greenlionsawframe<br>• Used @riogrande 5/0 Laser Gold blade
• Lubed with @pepetools_usa Blade Butter
• Refined edges with #4 needle files (not shown)
