Here is another technique to try when soldering a jump ring onto chain from
@lumenrosejewelry - “This is my little trick. I just hold the tweezers over the chain to shield it from some of the heat so that the jump ring solder flows before the chain melts. I don’t have a fine torch tip so I have to be really careful and direct my flame away from the chain too.” This one will take practice but it’s a fantastic way to go about it!
